Lankapalli

33 km south of Bijapur district headquarters is Awapalli village which is the headquarters of Usur block. About 15 km to the west from here, a village named Lankapalli is situated, which is famous for its 12-month continuous waterfall here. This waterfall, flows calmly, cleanly and freely in the lap of nature, is locally called Bokta in Gondi language, as this waterfall is located near the village of Lankapalli, hence it is known as the Lankapalli waterfall.
